"We made telephone reservations and showed up 10 minutes early. There was no problem to seat us. Friendly staff (including Maître D) asked us for drinks, food or any specials we expected to have.We opted for all you can eat Pizzas (and Pasta) for CHF 13.90. The idea is that you are being served several times one slice of pizza. Pasta buffet has one large heated metal dish full of spaghetti and separately served three sauces, all heated.Pizzas were coming in regular intervals, 2-5 minutes, so your stomach was not giving you the signal that you are stuffed. We had a great time. Just slight warning - option -All you can eat is served only until 21:30!Would strongly recommend to families with kids or young adolescent whose appetites are larger than those of adults."

The pizza is the only item I would really recommend. It is a big reataurant with not a lot of flair.

Honestly the food was food but I thought the service was really good. We sat out on the patio which was great. It was busy but the wait staff didn't seem to have any problems taking care of everyone.

We stopped off in Fribourg on the way back from Gruyère, having struggled to find any restaurants that were still open in Bulle, we hit the jackpot with this place. Nice pizza, cold beer, polite service, couldn't ask for more!

I'm a local. We regularly eat at the San Marco. The food is good, prices reasonable and good service is offererd. Besides, they have a nice terrasse where you can enjoy your meal, or just an apérif, weather permitting. There is a nice, relaxing view from the terrasse and back of the restaurant. Perfect for business, couples and friends.

We had lunch here with local colleagues (their choice), and it was packed at lunch. They offer both fixed priced and à la carte menus. Most people at our table chose the fixed price, although others ordered pizza and risotto from the regular menu. The risotto was supposed to be great, one of their specialities, but I ordered a beef ("émincé") stew on the side of fresh tagliatelle. It was fantastic despite being far too hearty and large for lunch. It came with a salad and a dessert. Although we were told that it was not the best Italian restaurant in Fribourg, we enjoyed it.

I was invited to this restaurant as it is one of my host's favorites in Fribourg. He opted for a pizza margreta with added onions, I chose a heaftier option of parmigiana as starter and seafood risotto. For drinks I had a sparkling water and my host plain mineral water.Service was prompt and amiable despite fairly busy place and the manager was on top of it and came to our table at least twice. The food overall was good but a bit oily. Portion were very generous despite ordering a small portion for the risotto and pizza. The risotto had lots of seafood in it and tasted good. The parsley added to the flavor but it could have used more. We were so full we skipped dessert and I had an escellent...
