Servizio molto cordiale. View menu

What a fantastic place. VIEW VIEW VIEW As in some below reviews the service was slow to start. I had to request the menu fifteen minutes after being seated. But was served with a friendly manner from then I'll and the food was fine. As expected for a tourist spot. Expensive IMO.

Unbeatable views but little else to boast about. If you are finishing the hike up Mount Bre, this restaurant is perfectly placed. Though the view is truly gorgeous, being advertised as the best panorama in Switzerland is highly subjective... the service is mediocre, but the prices are fair.

Surprisingly good food for Switzerland. Was it the best we've had? No. But the truffle pasta was actually really good. The seafood ravioli was not as tasty. Wine OK. Mostly ice in the Aperol Spritz. Normal swiss/Lugano prices (28 Fr for a pasta). Lovely view! I'd recommend others going if you want a place with a view and perhaps doing a walk from the main stop at the top (Bre). Downhill walk ca 15min View menu

Unfortunately, service couldn't be worse. We weren't allowed to eat inside (two small children with us but it was surprisingly fresh), even though the food was set up inside. The food is quite good, but about half the expected portion size. Sauté expensive. For a children's portion of pasta with butter 13 CHF. Tables are in very poor condition, so one star is deducted from the otherwise very nice atmosphere. A pity. Once and never again. If the service were better, this would be a top location in good weather (unfortunately it smells like grease inside)

Wunderschöne Aussicht, Essen Standard. Kellner Leistung eher unterdurchschnittlich. Was aber definitiv stört ist die Kunden berichten, wegen der Masken auf der Terrasse (draussen) aber selber trägt man die Maske falsch und wenn man spricht nimmt man die Maske herunter. So etwas geht gar nicht. Beautiful view, food standard. Waiter performance rather below average. But what definitely bothers is the customers report, because of the masks on the terrace (outside) but you wear the mask wrong yourself and when you speak you take the mask off. Something like that doesn't work at all.

"Me and my husband chose this restaurant to celebrate our 5 year wedding anniversary. We came all the way from USA and I can tell you this place didn't disappoint us. Very nice location, close to the lake and easy to find. We started our 5 course chef's tasting menu from appetizers by chef. It was mix of cheeses in different variations deep fried, cream cheese, cheese truffle and refreshing gazpacho soup. 1.Our first tasting dish were amberjack ceviche with fresh mint, peach and lemon sauce. It was absolutely delightful. 2.Then we had poached egg in creamy pea puree and shaved with Belèer Knolle cheese. It was also one of my favorite dishes because it was so creamy and egg was a great addition to this dish. Also there were Bona crumbles sweet to balance the pea puree. 3. Next Paccheridi Gragnano halves with oriental veal ragout. unfortunately this pasta wasn't my favorite. It was too al dente and I am not used to such a thick uncooked pasta. We ask waiter and he confirmed that's the way it should be. Also too much peanuts overwhelmed the sauce and it felt you are eating sneakers. But I absolutely loved veal ragout sauce, it was rich with flavors and very nicely done. 4.Then our next dish was Red Mediterranean tuna with charcoal, teriyaki mayonnaise, cucumber and puffed rice with seaweed. It was the best cooked tuna that I ever tried. It was so tender and melting on my tongue. 5. Next was perfectly cooked Duck with cherries. I absolutely loved duck, it was cooked to perfection!!! 6. Pre dessert strawberry basil puree to refresh tasting buds and prepare for the dessert. 7. Vanilla cheesecake with apricot and carrot sorbet with prune compote. 8. And complementary truffle selection from Chef to congratulate us with our anniversary. Absolutely best anniversary meal. I also loved that service here was very open and nice. It was my first Michelin star experience and I didn't felt any snobbism, like in other restaurants in Milan for example. Nice presentation, and all dishes were properly described in English for us which is additional plus since my husband doesn't speak Italian. Absolutely worth the trip!"
