"We arrived shortly before 6:00 at the restaurant for the table we had booked at 6:00 for my friends' birthday. The door was closed and a guy sitting on the podium just cried out that it was only open 6:30. I tried to understand if there was another entrance when you book an earlier dinner, but he just went: "I'm the security guard, not the manager." What obviously did not answer my question was very confused. So we were turned away in the middle of Covent Garden on a Saturday night to find another restaurant to go and celebrate my friend's birthday. What counted 10 times worse when I received an email from OpenTable (which I booked through the table) to say that Roadhouse had reported me as "no show". I wanted to eat and drink cocktails there, but I was turned away! I wasn't impressed to say the least."

All staff at Roadhouse were welcoming and informative, food was incredible and if you get there when it's half off the value is insane! Would definitely visit again.

I love the relaxed feel of this place . I definitely would return to try more dishes. Everyone loved the flat iron steak. Service was well-timed and friendly, wines were affordable.

We had a fun night but probably landed up too early! Everything started getting going at 10.45 pm. The drinks were great. The nachos were a huge helping so didn't really manage to eat anything else.

I had an incredible evening at this restaurant. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was fantastic, and the live band was amazing! I will definitely be returning and will be sure to recommend it to others.

While our server was friendly, the overall dining experience was extremely disappointing. The bathroom taps were not turned on, forcing me to seek assistance to wash my hands. The front doors were left open, causing the entire restaurant to be uncomfortably cold. Our nachos were served cold, likely due to being near ice. Additionally, I had to send my mac and cheese back as it was not up to standard. I typically do not leave negative reviews, but this experience was an exception.
