"Never experienced anything like it! Not only did 3 breakfasts take over 2 hours to arrive,it was cold and not of great quality but that wasn't the worst bit of the experience! Customer service was absolutely appauling, the staff were rude, unapoligetic and liars!!! I...placed my order at 10.56am I rang 1 hour later at 11.56am to be told my order had left the shop, I then phoned again at 12.18 as my food still hadn't arrived and I expressed my frustration that I had now been waiting 1hour 20mins to be told they weren't doing it on purpose it wasn't their fault and in actual fact the food had not yet left the shop despite being told 20 mins previously it was on its way! 12.45 came around and still no food, phoned again to then be told in a very rude manner that it was my fault the food was taking so long because I should have phoned earlier and did I not realise they were busy! I said no I didn't because noone had informed me on the phone! I proceeded to voice my anger in the hope that someone would do something for the trouble but she said she can't do anything and did I want it or not! The food arrived at 1pm and I had to pay full price- £15.45 for 3 breakfasts that took 2 hours to arrive to be spoke to like **** and the food was cold and not of good quality! I will never ever order from roll with it again and I would advise others not to unless you want the worst customer service ever experienced!"

today we had sandwiches out of the roll with him and they absolutely delish and huge. the load was immaculate and the staff was very accommodating. I hope people will read the negative reviews of years ago, give them an attempt. View menu

Don't go here what a dump I've seen cleaner tramps than this place and waited ages for a not so nice sandwich with a hair in it and I marked each one with a score of 1 that's because there were no minus numbers to...choose, don't waste your time and money.

I've never been to the restaurant itself. but at my workstation we order almost every weekend from this restaurant. it has become our goal, because of the amazing selection of food and amazing food quality. they have a great breakfast selection. which is often included in my order. without doubt they sell the best homemade chips and koleslaw. but you eat fills me his ones that I could always try to make space for more.

Went in here with my wife and two kids, I had the ultimate cheeseburger with chips and it was absolutely delicious made with proper meat and fresh salad and lovely homemade chips , my wife had a crab salad which looked delicious and she said...it was lovely and my two boys had chicken curry rice and chips which was huge!! They ate the lot ! The staff were really friendly and we didn't have to wait long for our food which, considering the shop was busy I was very impressed, the shop itself was very clean and tidy and the owner told us he'd just had a major refit, money well spent I'd say, overall a very pleasant experience and would definitely recommend Roll with it to all my friends View menu

i popped in for a takeaway sandwich. Then I spotted the cakes yummy ice topped muffins. The staff were quick to take my order, then asked if i wanted brown or white roll, mayo or butter. Then which choice of filling. There were so many...to choose from i chose the freshly grated cheddar and my choice of salad. As I'm watching my weight i chose the healthy option of brown bun no mayo, cheese onion, tomato, cucumber and lettuce. Was passing and felt peckish,and this place looked clean and tidy unlike many similar outlets,but that is where the positives ended. The ingredients were from the budget end of the market and were not as fresh as they should have been,especially the bread. The girl...who served me didn't smile or interact with me or the other customer she served before me,and didn't wash her hands after handling food or cash,all of which in my opinion are cardinal sins if you are working in the catering industry and dealing with the public.
