"Locale ubicato all’interno di un albergo al piano terra. Location moderna e ben curata. Il ristorante è frequentato oltre da avventori esterni anche dagli ospiti dell’albergo. Personale preciso, impeccabile ma il servizio è risultato un po’ lento. Eccellente gli antipasti, primi piatti buonissimi, qualche riserva sul secondo, ordinato il piatto del giorno mi veniva comunicato dopo mezz’ora che lo stinco di maiale non era più disponibile. Pietanza in sostituzione di buona qualità. Ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo"

"at first impression the resto looks new however, the problem of serving time was lousy sorry to be blunt) and there was not enough waiters to serve a packed resto since I came on a holiday weekend. though the waiters can speak English was so glad the food was good enough but nothing particularly special the price is standard in an italian restaurant if asked if I will go back again, NO there are a lot of restaurants in san giovanni that you can eat and be happy about."

"a typical osteria, even if the menu does not have numerous dishes, what they present is cooked at the moment and the seconds, in particular the meat to the grill all good. the service is great there is not to wait much, the Filipino holder passes x the conversa tables and makes the customers participate in describing the courses. prices are contained. we spent two hours relaxing. to return."

"What a friendly restaurant this is, arrived in San Giovanni Rotondo very late last Saturday both myself and my wife were starving, the hotel we were staying in said this restaurant was open until 1 am which was a result as it was close to midnight, decided to have a takeaway as it was so late, the staff were very friendly and even offered to translate the menu with a translation App, while I was waiting they offered me a drink and then a glass of prosecco was offered to me and all I had ordered was a couple of piazza’s, this is what you call a very welcoming restaurant and as the clientele would be at least 90% Italian it is wonderful to see tourists been treated so well. Thank you for your hospitality and the Piazza was excellent. Alan F"

"the restaurant l’Abete remains a point of reference for me to propose a typical cuisine of great quality that stands out from the mass. in a period dominated by expressions like “zero kilometers” or “local cuisine” here you will be pleased with a series of recipes of the South Tyrolean tradition. the room is bright and elegant with a furniture that recalls the crafts of Trentino. the staff is celery at the service and very professional and educated. from the lap of appetizers you can appreciate the authentic goto given by a selection of high quality ingredients and raw materials. taragna polenta with mortandela, mushrooms and cheese is a good starting point and an excellent presentation card as well as the cutter of typical slices and chicken with apples and curry. all accompanied by hot walnut bread or other types cooked by them. the first dishes are all very inviting but, my favorite, undoubtedly remains the cocoa troccoli with roe ragù, a real ecstasy for the palate. analogous speech for meat seconds among which I adore the stench of pork baked, the goulash of beef at the Tyrolean and the rooster of roe roe in salmì. often it is also possible to find cuts of meat off menu, such as diaphragm or foal cheek. meats are always very tender and goose and much attention is placed in the kitchen both in preparations and in presentations. the choice on sweets is disarming even if I have a weakness for their apple strudel, but there is really the embarrassment of choice and never disappointed. The wine paper focuses on high adige productions, but also includes regional labels and various other backgrounds to give them considerable thickness and complexity. the account is adequate and I am always very satisfied and with the certainty of returning."
