"Philoxenia is the Greek word for hospitality. And it's really big in the same name restaurant. In the meantime, the Greek restaurant has been in Bargteheide for 35 years. And as long as my family is a regular guest there. We were always very satisfied with the service and the food. The owner Christos is really a super host and always friendly. When I visit my mother, a visit to the Philoxenia is a solid program. Even today (02.10.2022), when food and service were top again. The Greek bean soup is especially recommended as an appetizer. Very nice and delicious. Hopefully the Philoxenia will last a long time!"

"we had agreed with nine people in due fratelli with some colleagues to eat cozy. the restaurant was actually empty, except for us were 4-5 other guests there. you should think that you can be served well. But unfortunately this was not the case, the waiter had no eye for us and had to be called for for each order. it seemed like the waiter didn't want to work. when then my steak, which I ordered medium, was very grilled and I complained, was only adorned with the shoulders, but no institutions were made to apologize or even improve. the meat had a lower quality.In the end, when all drinks were empty and that was not seen again by the waiter (or any other employee), we would rather have dispensed with ordering a dessert, we did not want to overload the service. In retrospect, this was a good idea, as a colleague suddenly got lean cramps and half an hour did not come back from the localities (wc). probably the saw was in the gravy of her noodles, because only she had ordered such a court. it could have been nice despite the mängel while eating if the service had understood its job. this is unfortunately not the case in this restaurant (at any rate it was with us so).We will certainly not return here."

"We stayed at the restaurant and cafe classroom for the first time today. Overall we liked it well. The online reservation has worked smoothly. Today I have received a short message from the restaurant. Because it wasn't so full we could pick a nice table. The service was very courteous and friendly. Eating was quick. My wishes were discussed. Food and wine were high quality. Only Manko: For the price it should have been a little more (spargel and potatoes). In addition, we were told quite simply that it would have been closed at 8 a.m., especially since tomorrow is a holiday. All in all, it was a very successful visit."

"we were in the restaurant for the first time today and cafe classroom . we were two adult couples. overall we liked it well. the online reservation has worked smoothly. still today I received a short message from the restaurant. because it wasn't so full we could choose a nice table. the service was very courteous and friendly. that food came quickly. food and wine were high quality qualitatiw. only manko: for the price it should have been a little more (saving and kartoffeln.) and we were told quite simply that at 20 o'clock it would have been so unnecessarily closed, especially since it is celebrated tomorrow. everything in all it was a very successful visit."
