"We dropped in for an evening meal whilst staying at a local Hotel. The food was very good: I had the beef lasagne which could have fed two, and my husband chose the chili con carne. Unfortunately, he had a stomach upset and was unable to eat very much, but he said that what he had was very good. The pub is a lovely friendly local. We definitely recommend a visit for good food at a good price."

Warm welcome. Good beer selection, we had the dry neck Nice menu, lots of choice. We both had the beef lasagne, it was delicious and came with lots of salad. Very generous portion

First impression was not great.. Ate in the bar area next to the lav.. Food was beyond my expectations. Had a baguette, this thing was absolutely loaded with a generous helping of fries on the side. Would definitely go again.. Recommended View menu

stayed local and fancied a better choice of items to have for dinner. did some research and found this pub. so glad we did , prices are about right for the area. great choice huge meals you will not leave hungry very friendly owners well worth a visit

We had our Annual Family Christmas Get Together here on Saturday 21 January 2023. We had about 19 of us in the party and I can not fault the service one bit! The homecooked food was outstanding and the staff very welcoming. I would definitely recommend this warm and welcoming pub! 10/10
