"Been coming here for many years and never had a complaint. But last visit, the food was awful! The burger was like a slightly warmed leftover. Lifted the top and the cheese was congealed and glued to the burger, a layer of breadcrumbs sticking to it from the stale bun. Fries were always great, with a delicious coating. This time they were unpeeled and full of black imperfections with no coating, inedible!If you aren't making a profit, raise the price, don't lower the quality. Visit was 20th April 22. I won't be back. Thanks for the past."

The large portions at this restaurant were overwhelming. The service was excellent, the establishment was very clean, and the bar/restaurant was very comfortable. Sandys is our new favourite place to eat. The food is delicious and very reasonably priced, lager is about £1.50 cheaper than other locals. The staff are really polite and friendly, they all actually seem happy to be working there, and a mix of ages, refreshing! I've taken my 8 year old, he loved it it's a great family friendly local.
