"Hier sticht der Service wirklich sehr hervor. Die Dame, welche uns bedient hat, hat ihren Job ausgezeichnet gemacht. Für uns ist es immer sehr wichtig, dass wir uns wohl fühlen und das haben wir dort. Das Essen war ebenfalls sehr fein. Allerdings hat es mich ein wenig gestört, dass die Eglifilets nicht aus der Schweiz waren. Somit habe ich mich für etwas anderes entschieden. Das Ambiente mit dem in der untergehenden Sonne beleuchteten Vierwaldstättersee war einfach herrlich. Auch die Weinauswahl ist sehr delikat."

Had a great time on the boat. We dined in the booths up front, which had a great ambiance. The fondue was prepared right at your table and the service was outstanding. The staff is personal, nice, and accommodating. Would definitely recommend dining here when visiting Luzern!

Great restaurant in a picturesque setting! Wonderful both for an intimate dinner and for a dinner with friends! Exquisite staff! The view of the lake at night with all the lights of the splendid buildings that surround it is priceless. The portions are decidedly generous so before ordering you need to think about how hungry you are!

Es war eigentlich immer sehr schön, aber Heute war es einfach schlecht. Wir wurden nie bedient und die anderen Gäste, es waren 4 bis 5 Tische mit je zwei Personen mussten immer winken um bedient zu werden. Es waren zwei Mitarbeiter vor Ort, diese umarmten sich lieber im Back Office als Gäste zu bedienen. Ich finde es ja gut, wenn sich Mitarbeiter toll verstehen, Gäste gehen aber vor, vorallem wenn man keine Chance hat zu bestellen. Sehr schade.
