The "crete and oil" dish should be renamed. We're far from the traditional roesti. the flagship platter, the most expensive, baeckeoffe d alsace sold as a burgund wine stew. Some tips of dry meat sprinkled with slices of fades and warm potatoes! A real joke! Even the riesling was hard to drink, I left more than half of the pot... in the end we didn't finish anything, otherwise the sauerkraut!!! remained frequented by foreign tourists mainly. who knows how to eat will go somewhere else. the rating of 3 is an average between the reception and the service, impeccable, and the quality of the food, worthy of the heirs of tricatelle."

We have eaten there several times in our days in colmar, good friendly welcome despite the world on the terrace. great choice of alsace wines, the sauerkraut is delicious. the terrace is incomparable when the sun is from the part, but the interior is very typical.
