"In recent times, coming to San Benedetto for work, I have passed by this place several times and it has always inspired me. So the last time I stopped for an aperitif: from the type of place I expected artisanal products and by ordering cheeses to accompany the Spritz this was not the case. The cheeses were very common and characterless and seemed industrial. I would have expected some cheeses from local dairies or perhaps a selection of fresh, semi-mature and mature ones. Instead I found myself on the plate of caciotte with chilli and truffle which can be found in any supermarket. I am a cheese lover and I know how to recognize a good product. Sin. However, I intend to return to try their sandwiches and perhaps reevaluate my review. Good work"
