"Very good time spent around in this quality restaurant on August 15. Very pleasant welcome in a beautiful vaulted room. The meal is delicious, original and the dishes are presented with refinement, from beginning to end! Novak made us share his attachment to his beautiful region. We only want to come back to lunch in his restaurant! Thank you very much to the chief! For fun!"

Home, frame, service and of course the different dishes are excellent. Sylvain Nowack is a pro of the pleasure of traditional and quality restoration. Congratulations Mr. Nowack

Uncommon evening, quiet atmosphere between friends, perfect. Service always present without being invasive. The wine was remarkable. The dishes are of great class, tasteful and sufficiently copied. Nothing to say again. View menu

Discovery menu: always a real treat. We had the Sense and Savors cuisine to discover my beautiful parents of Pas de Calais, they loved as much as we did. It's with pleasure that we'll be back. Thank you very much for the tasteful discoveries and service.

"I was recently staying in Manosque with 2 other work colleagues as we were working in the area. After seeing this place on trip advisor we decided to go on our last evening. When we got to our table we were given a glass of fruit juice each while we looked at the menu. The menu didn’t have a great choice of curries however we are from South Shields in the UK were we have lots of great Indians with plenty of choice. We all ordered onion bahji starters, 2 chicken tikka masala, 1 chicken madras, rice and naan breads. We got popadoms and pickles which were nothing special, the popadoms had cardamon seeds in. When the onion bahjis arrived it was just a tray of onion rings on a bed of red cabbage and no sauce. This is totally unacceptable really. They had very little taste and it was probably one of the worst starters I’ve had in any restaurant. The naan breads arrived with the starter so just sat going cold while we waited for the main course, however one of the reasons this review has 1 star is because of the naan breads. They were very nice and seemed to be the only fresh food we had. The curries arrived and straight away one of my colleges asked to have chicken breast in the madras instead of the 2 chicken legs as he was unaware it was served with chicken legs. Within 30 seconds he had a curry with chicken breast. All 3 curries were loaded with salt and this was pretty much all that could be tasted. The madras tasted pretty much the same as the tikka masalas and the tikka masalas were just like a microwave ready meal curry with no cream, nothing at all like a tikka masala. The kingfisher beers we had were expensive considering they were small bottles and on the menu they were just described as Indian beer. All 3 of us very disappointed asked for the bill. We were given some sort of ginger shot and the bill arrived with a bowl of liquorice and some leaf cigarettes. The total was over 100 euros which we feel was expensive for the quality of food we received, like I say a cheap microwave meal would be better quality and passing off onion rings as an onion bhaji too. What I’m guessing is this place is fobbing the French people off from the area with cheap, poor tasting food because they aren’t used to Indian food or proper Indian food anyway. Like I say I’m from an area which has lots of great Indian restaurants and I’ve been to many Indians elsewhere but this is definitely the worst of the lot."
