"Na het middagconcert een wandeling door pijp beeindigd bij Brasserie Sent. .Wij kwamen voor openingstijd aan mochten toch al aan tafel, terwijl er nogal wat huishoudelijk werk in de zaak moest gedaan. Top! De vleeseters van ons gezelschap waren uitermate goed te spreken over het vlees bereid op de green egg. Verder was de bijbehorende salade groot, mooi om te zien en bovenal lekker."

Great dishes with amazing taste. I had the octopus for a starter and lamb for entree. Both exceeded my expectations. The octopus was chewing as expected for slowly cooked with a beautiful presentation. Lamb was on the outside with soft pink inside on a sweet sauce of your own juices that did not disappoint.

De vleeseters van ons bedrijf waren zeer goed om over het vlees te praten, voorbereid op het groene ei. Anders was de salade van de sommaire salade groot, leuk om te zien en vooral heerlijk.
