The food was terrible and the staff was disrespectful. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

Ordered at and it was supposed to arrive by but never got it. Called them at and after many tries someone picked up and lied to me that I will get it in next I kept waiting for next hour but never got it. They looted me and lied to me but never delivered the order

I was supposed to receive my order from this restaurant, but it never arrived. After numerous attempts to contact them, someone finally answered the phone and falsely claimed that my order would be delivered in the next hour. I waited, but it never came. They took my money, deceived me, and failed to deliver the order.

I had an order on Uber and they forgot my items I called them to resolve the issue to then receive very rude behaviour from a women who worked there stating it was not their issue and they were not going to do anything about...it I will not be ordering from here again it is not the money but the principle of providing a service and not delivering then the attitude on the phone when it was not need at all View menu

My wife and I use Kebabish Express on a weekly basis and have done for two years and in that time we have never ever had a bad meal. The food is fresh and so very tasty. The portions are very generous. The service is...exceptional. Faizal is so incredibly friendly and helpful. I really do not understand the bad reviews. They are certainly not representative of our experience in any way. Try Kebabish Express you will not be disappointed. It is not just the best in Sheffield, it is the best in Yorkshire.

There probably isn't a place in Sheffield that is unmatched in absolutely horrendous customer service as Kebabish. An hour after I ordered my food, they rang me one but I could not get to the phone in time. I tried calling the driver (who I...hope has a miserable life by now) but he deliberately did not pick up the phone. This horrible driver took my order back to the restaurant. The restaurant itself refused to deliver my order even after I called them and verified my address. At least they issued a refund promptly but not before wasting 2 hours of my time and causing me a load of inconvenience and frustration.
