The older lady who served us was very nice but the coffee was really awful. I couldn't finish mine. It ranks among the worst I've had.

Our trip here for dessert was ruined by a older lady with short grey hair,on the 22 April in the morning,think she needs to get trained in how to deal with customers,very rude,won't be going back,

Expensive and not great quality, had lasagna which was stodgy and didn't taste great. Didn't bother complaining as you can see from previous reviews they don't deal with complaints professionally. It's a shame because the food used to be good. View menu

We stumbled upon it ,bit dark but we thought we'd give it a try.The prices are incredibly reasonable. Good portions and decent honest fayre The staff are very accommodating and seem to enjoy working there(a commodity becoming rarer an rarer) I cannot wait to goback-there's a jacket potato with my name on it!

This cafe has been unfairly left some bad reviews following a post on a social media community group. They didn't break any laws...they didn't ask a breastfeeding mother to leave because she was breastfeeding. They asked her to leave because she sat at a table to feed her infant without any intention of purchasing food or drink.

They served us half of our order and forgot other half for 30 mins the after standing about serving nobody the saw our number 8 still on table only then did ghey send over thd smoothie and slammed it down on our table never it no apology for the half hour wait not a word disgraceful attitude to customers been here a week of 2 week stay been in there everyday for drinks and cake never again very shoddy service View menu

I stopped here today for a drink and a cake I asked the young lady for a hot choc with out milk as I don’t drink it and was told it has to come with it why they coundnt just put the powder in a cup then just add water simple easy job made hard the young girl that served me didn’t understand it here self they have done it before so why was there a problem this time leave the Young girls to run it it’s when the mature one take over that’s when the problems happen maybe when you have the next staff meeting ask the younger staff members for there feed back from the customers that they get told about the place it’s a shame as it’s in a fantastic location food is good just let down by some members...

What can I say The Resturant completely different from the outside area. Decided to have lunch with my Disabled wife and 9yr old Grandchild The staff were so Rude and Blunt Having no Empathy or feelings for the Customer Children who rarely attend Restuants was hesitant what to have for her lunch The SERVER became what's the word huffed and puffed as to say get on with it. Used to be a regular here until the rude service got so bad I gave up. Another major issue was often being overcharged. One time in particular when I was here with my daughter. I was overcharged and it turned out they’d charged me for the person in front of me food and drink too !! No apology given, no smile, nothing. All they did was argue the toss with me, even though I was clearly in the right. Even the customer in front was shocked and said it looks like I’m going to have to pay for his too.
