Had Sunday dinner, dad enjoyed his and his pint of Doom Bar. I had vegetarian Sunday lunch . Great service from Daniel. Great welcome from Sara.

Was staying at the local Travel Lodge for a couple of nights. The Ship is a ten minute slow walk from the sea front. Great food great drinks outstanding staff. 6 of us in the party visiting. Everything was absolutely perfect.

Ordered 2 hotdogs with chips and a burger and chips. Burger was undercooked and cold, and the hot dogs were burnt one end and under cooked the other with hardly any chips. Total waste of money. Won't be coming back. go elsewhere View menu

My husband and I have visited this pub/restaurant three times now. Each time we have enjoyed drinks and a meal. The service and atmosphere are great. The food is delicious, served quickly and hot. We have no complaints about the staff or the food. It's wonderful.

Unfortunately, the quality of the food at this restaurant has declined. I was very disappointed with the meals, as they were unappetizing. The chicken breast was shriveled up and covered with overdone BBQ sauce, and the gammon steak was small. However, the staff were excellent.

Booked here for evening meal , food was excellent and well presented staff very friendly. A special mention to the young staff member Jack his customer service skills are on another level and his manners are impeccable. This guy is a credit to the Company, no doubt he will go far in life View menu

Rude staff, dirty, things missing off menu, app not working. I live locally and this place has just gone down hill more and more over the last decade used to be a great place, cheap cheerful food and live music good drinks. The owners should be ashamed of what they let this place become.

I visited this restaurant a few days ago and honestly wish I had chosen a different place to eat. While my partner had no complaints about their meal, I found my steak to be very tough and not enjoyable at all. The food was average at best. There are better dining options in Paignton worth checking out.

Waited over a hour for our meal shocking so we asked for our money back , the manager who came over was very sacastic to us saying it’s only been 40 mins , where it was clearly over a hour and many people were saying the same thing at there tables ,we said to her why isn’t there more seat , her reply was she took on one new one , which clearly wasn’t enough staff , won’t be going back and also will contact head office over the sacastic older woman in charge.
