"After having stayed here a couple of years ago and being treat with 5 star service, I returned with 2 friends to have a drink and show them what a fabulous, friendly hotel this was. Unfortunately, this was not to be. We were not welcomed at all upon arriving in the lobby and were treat very brusqely and dismissively to the point of being impertinent. We were told we could not go to the rooftop bar, as we weren't staying there, despite this being allowed last time. Very sad that this hotel does not welcome back previous guests and treats us with such disdain, which unfortunately, means myself and my friends and partners will not be booking or retuning to stay in the hotel in future. Such a shame."

Absolutely fabulous spot. Of the several Michelin restaurants we went to throughout Spain, Quadrat was our favorite! Service impeccable, dishes perfectly prepared, and the overall experience was literally perfect. 10/10 would recommend.

Pre-dinner drinks on the smart roof terrace with views of the sunset over Palma Old Town. Dinner downstairs on the terrace was both delicious and beautifully presented by a charming and knowledgeable restaurant team. A lovely evening. Thank you.

The singular rooftop terrace provides a very nice view over the roofs of the old town of Palma. Their cocktails are very good and reasonably priced, and the staff is cool and smiling. The place is small though, and they only accept a limited contingent of external guests so go early to enjoy the sunset over the city!
