"I ordered takeout from this restaurant and the food did not meet my expectations. The chicken balls were undercooked and the chicken satay lacked any peanut flavor. When I called to complain, the person on the other end was not helpful at all and essentially told me not to order from there if I wasn't happy. I have had good experiences in the past, but this time was disappointing. I will not be ordering takeout from there again and I cannot recommend it to others due to the poor customer service."

The food is always great at this restaurant. The delivery usually takes about an hour, but they give you an accurate estimate when you place your order, which is appreciated.

Terrible food. I will never order takeout from this restaurant again. The food was flavorless and cold when it was delivered, despite only being a mile away. You're better off making a homemade ham and cheese toastie and saving your money.

Sometimes when we order from this place the food is really good and sometimes not so good really. I believe it’s a lack of inconsistency in quality of food. Don’t get me wrong I haven’t had a bad order. However there’s room for improvements.

The food I order, always the same two dishes, has increased by just under £3 in the past 15 months. Its too much. In this evening's order, two dishes costing £11, they included a fortune cookie. Not impressed. I'd rather pay less for the food than have a useless fortune cookie.

Always great service, helpful staff and generous helpings. Food always safely packed and piping hot when delivered. Delivery staff are always prompt and polite. More importantly they are currently taking good hygene precautions during coronovirus outbreak. Order with confidence.

Absolutely lovely food. Would highly recommend. Had during the week and lady was full PPE which was fantastic. However after ordering tonight (fri) a different lady delivered no PPE at all. Very annoyed by this as my family are shielding still. I choose this chinese as they advertised PPE promise.

Myself and wife order every week sometime twice a week the food is amazing always hot and fresh never greasy and to top the service of the lady driver who comes during the week is the best she always smiling always polite however tonight was a bit different we had a different lady driver never seen before but talk about chalk and cheese all I can say is will stick to mid week but food I cant fault.

We tried Sky8 last night after viewing the vegetarian menu online and were very impressed with the food quality, quantity and service/price. The vegetarian chicken curry was a particular highlight along with the salt and pepper chips, truly delightful. We would rate this 5 stars, however the lack of vegetarian sides e.g. vegetarian prawn toast/chicken balls has made us rate this 4 stars. Will definitely be visiting Sky8 again.
