"Bit underwhelmed considering the hype. Food was decent though if you're planning to share and pick a selection of dishes you need to really like potato! I had the steak frites steak was wonderful. Beautifully cooked and tender as you like. Accompanying peppercorn sauce was lovely. What brought it down was the fries which were oversalted to the point of being overwhelming. A good range of desserts and we enjoyed a choux bun and frangipane tart. Very tasty."

"Visited this great little coffee house today and can’t wait to return! The service was quick and the staff so pleasant and accommodating. My coffee was exactly the right strength and my partner had a gorgeous pot of tea. We shared the most amazing huge slice of cake too. All fresh and beautifully presented. The decor is quirky and fun, everywhere was spotlessly clean. So impressed, we got a takeaway Oreo milkshake for my grandson and I’m taking my mum next week for their fabulous afternoon tea. We are definitely going to become regulars!! Give it a try you’ll love it!!"

"Such dependably delicious food, has gradually become one of our favourite places to eat in Manchester. The summer rolls in particular have to be the best in the city. "Delicious brunch! I could have tried everything on the menu. I ran from Stretford to meet my friends, and we sat outside in the back area, which was a perfect spot to cool down. I ordered a variety of drinks, including pressed apple juice and delicious black coffee. For my meal, I had a chocolate croissant followed by a Cobb salad, which had the perfect balance, and the dressing tied everything together beautifully. Other members of the group enjoyed the breakfast, burritos, and pancakes. Everyone left feeling satisfied and happy. The owners and waitstaff were incredibly friendly and attentive without being intrusive. It was a wonderful way to spend part of the weekend!"

"wasnt going to write a review but having booked in for my grandma's 88th birthday and to be told to go elsewhere if we wanted to be accomedated when we were sat at the table i can't not!! Such a shame as it did seem like it could be a bice little venue! Our waitress was helpfull enough, it seemed to be the management/ chef that wasnt, (which i assume was sarah) Even my grandma at 88 picked up on how we weren't really welcome there, It was an extremely awkward experience. We were recommended this place by family member whos a local who said it was nice! I've since told told family they need to try other places as if this is how they're treated then there's a whole new world out there. We arrived to being the only ones there and immediately felt an awkward presence like we shouldnt of been there! (Excluding one young girl with blond hair who was extremely apologetic to the lack of service they could offer) if it wasnt for her we would of left!! We immediately felt like we shouldn't of been there although we were booked in. We had already had a text to say that a new girl had booked us in and they couldn't accommodate us at 10.30 so to come at 11. We turned up at 11 and were given a drinks menu. We asked for a food menu and were told we don't really offer breakfast!! Were shocked as we booked in for breakfast. My mum had come from Liverpool and myself from Bury to take my grandma out for her Birthday! We asked for a few simple breakfast items eggs, bagles etc to be told to go down the road to another place if we wanted them!! I understand mistakes happen if they have booked us in too early but I'm sure they could if accomedated us for a little more. I would like to try for tapas but being so far away and the experience we've had I don't think it's worth the travel for us. Such a shame I think the chefs attitude could of been a little bit better and more accomedated."
