"We should not have listen to the kids and kept walking further to a place we knew would 've been good. Food here is lackluster and MICROWAVED--GASPED. They have 2 microwaves that they put your burger and pasta in to the warmed up. This is blasphemy for being in Italy--in Venice--at an allegedly Italian restaurant. The workers here are not the nicest people. They are in cohort with the guys who are placing music who then come over with a hat asking for money for playing--WHAT????!!!!??? The workers stand way too close to you and smoke even while we dine with kids. Get this they DO NOT make their basic tomato sauce or bolognese from from scratch--it is all canned. The pasta and other foods are microwaved. The pizza are made from scratch for the most part--I do not know about the crust. The menu said NO CARD. We were about to the leave and they said oh yes we take cards if you buy over 10 euros . We asked for our bill and they said oh we don 't take Mastercard or AmEx only Visa but they never specified at all. Trying to explain to them was like deer in a headlight. It 's a good thing my husband was there. ! The only restaurant to disappoint here on our trip. It seems other share the same sentiments."

Pastas were good, but the quantity wasn't there. The tiramisu is bad, frozen and taste like industrially made. The staff is nice.

Staff was funny (their own opinion) Mumbling and shouting. Did not understand what they were selling. We Had 2 spritz what we did not order. Staff went nuts cause we did not gonna pay those. So, they didn't serve My wife's food. Big no!

this place is really bad, my friend asking for a burguer that meat doesn't taste good. we said this to the waiter and he said, “I serve only the food,” so we went in and nobody gave us a solution, all the people who work in this restaurant were really rude. View menu

We ordered three lunch plates and each was excellent. We stuck around to order excellent espresso and dessert. I have never complimented a 2-person kitchen on the taste of the food and the quality of the ingredients. San Vidal was the exception. The waiter said the food was prepared with “love.” He was right…all six thumbs were pointed up.

nice little cafe on a corner of Campo Santo Stefano square. There are enough places in the shade and therefore a pleasant place to rest. Prices are fair, the coffee is not too small and very tasty. Of course, this is a great place for people-watching. The waitresses are very nice, I think it's a family business. I think the price for a pizza margherita (7€ is justified. But only drinks or ice cream should be consumed here because the portions are very small if you have too high expectations of the amount of food (it's also a snack bar . Inside everything is clean and tidy, welcoming decor. You can also take everything to go, which is really nice!

"This is my second review on this place...after The Fork assured me they would resolve the situation following my complaint about the 20% discount that You Sushi would not honour. Food and drink... no problem. Nice enough food. That 's the good bit out of the way. We booked using The Fork and quoted the 20% discount offer on food and drink. I also reiterated this when we arrived and was told that was fine, no problem! On receiving the bill I again pointed out the 20% discount was missing, even though I 'd gone through this on arrival. They played absolutely dumb and refused the discount. I even showed them their website with the discount on it. To no avail, they weren 't interested. I paid, albeit reluctantly, and we left. I took this up with The Fork. All seemed fine and they gave me Yum points since they agreed I was in the right. I pointed out that Yum points are of no use since the closest UK restaurant I could use them is over 200 miles away! They promised to get back to me, resolve the issue with the restaurant etc so I left it with them. Now they 've washed their hands of it! The discount still shows at 20% for each and every day despite them refusing to honour it!! and The Fork have not taken any action against them. This leaves a very bad taste no pun intended and after the cheating restaurant and The Fork 's complete lack of trying to help other than utterly useless Yum points which are as much use to me a 7 dollar note it 's the last time I use either. So..if you do visit this place, be prepared to be conned out of the 20% discount."
