"Want a Michelin star chef to cook your dinner? We gave this place some high ratings. It’s definitely a pricey place to eat, but is it worth it? I say yes! We ordered: Roasted Cumbrian Herdwick lamb rump , coco beans, aubergine, tamarind, sheepmilk ricotta, lamb fat. This isn’t somewhere I would eat regularly. I would go here to celebrate (e.g. getting a promotion) "

What a disappointment__We arrived on time for lunch at 1:15pm and were told our table wasn't available (we later discovered that in fact it was.)

amazing experience! we ate at the kitchen counter and had a great time, eating nice eating with perfect wine pairing. the sommelier, the waiter and the chef were really available and we spent almost 4 hours there. I recommend this place very much!

We arrived slightly early for a 17:30 reservation and they were clearly still settling up. After settling in for a meal we were offered to finish our deserts upstairs. This was initially quite nice but were suddenly in a bar and the service was very poor. A disappointing end to a meal View menu

Needed a nice restaurant to celebrate my son's 16th birthday. Couldn't have chosen better! We all thoroughly enjoyed the food and it was perfect in terms of ambiance, busy but not noisy. The service was attentive without being over the top. We had the festive menu which was good value. We will definitely return.

Agree with some of the more negative reviews food is quite average, cheesy 80s music, slightly dated decor (one of the exposed brick walls looks like a new build) its not worth the money and it’s a very average experience. If it had been 30% cheaper I would be more positive but at their price point, there are far better places you can go.
