"We arrived in Bocairent at midnight expecting the town to be fast asleep. And it sure looked that way. But looks can be deceiving. Solbes was open and inside it seemed as if the whole town and its wife was assembled for talking contest. The contrast was fantastic, old people, women groups, men in groups, children buying ices, young men, couples and everyone completely at ease and happy. We ordered some Tapas style food but would have eaten a horse since we were so hungry. Maybe we did. The grub tasted very good."

Sitio del pueblo de toda la vida, buenos productos y precios acordes (nada caro) , personal muy amables y serviciales. Muy recomendable para comer de tapeo o platos combinados. Seguro que repetiré cuando vuelva.

Para mí uno de los mejores bares de Bocairent. Relación calidad-precio es excelente, sus camareros atentos y educados y tanto como la comida y los postres súper bueno todo. Volveré siempre que este por la zona y lo recomiendo 100

This is a true gem. We were introduced to this lovely, friendly bar/restaurant by our friends. We have visited when allowed during Covid for evening tapas meals which are wonderful and very reasonably priced. We visit here for a Copa de vino tinto for me and dos cervesas for my husband once or twice a week at the moment. Everyone is so friendly. Well worth a visit. View menu

Fuimos a comer para 17 personas, los camareros nos atendieron muy bien. El local tiene dos salas. Para comer pedimos, boquerones en vinagre con aceitunas, bravas( muy buenas), choricitos, pulpo(muy bueno), pan con tomate, chuletas muy buenas(recomendadas). Bebida Cocacola de cristal de 350 ml. De postre mousse de herbero y Flan de turrón (muy bueno). Buen sitio para comer!

This is your typical Spanish bar with tapas, bocadillos and delicious food. All very simple but also very tasty. Lots of Spanish people here when we visited on a Sunday afternoon in February 2020. Since we arrived rather late, we had to wait quite a while for a table... However the food was delicious.... We took some boquerones, Garibaldinos and a Pescado Varioda platter... This is Spanish life in a village like Bocairent!
