"After about one year, today we ordered again at Sorrento and we were happy to eat, as our experiences so far were very, very good. Unfortunately, we were disappointed today. First we have approx. 1 hour waiting for 2 pizzas and a gyroscope (we are 1.5 km away... The pizzas were already cold, the Gyros too, for that the herb salad was warm............My pizza Sorrento, otherwise my absolute favorite, was the worst I have eaten for a long time. The soil was too solid and tasted after nothing, the mushrooms came out of the can, the asparagus was bitter, and it was hardly spiced. Very bad! Hopefully the chefs had only a bad day today....and next time hopefully everything is fresh and warm again!"

Unfriendly phone service, a food completely incorrectly delivered, additional requests not taken into account, only lukewarm. Two of five dishes unfit, the others just left. Openly shaped meat, many finished products... Badly packed: a dish ran out, bims, etc. The waiting period was ok, but also here the house number was transferred from the telephone service to the supplier incorrectly. The delivery service was very friendly.

We ordered 2 family pizzas Margherita, 1 American burgers and drinks to our school at 11:50. At 12:20 the supplier was already there. He had exemplary a mouth-nut protection and was very friendly. The pizza was okay, the edge was burned a little, and cheese was not saved. The student who had chosen the burger said it was the best of his life, so I assume he must have been really good. Overall, you can say it is not the super gourmet restaurant, but as a meal for the lunch break definitely good. We will order again soon at Sorrento!
