"I'm sorry it was terrible. They said they didn't have my booking. He waited for 20 minutes for a drink that was terrible when he arrived, the Prosecco tasted. The pasta was not boiled one end had not made the water! Then to finish it, the Tiramisu was frozen!! They took it back and clear microwaves it as it was sloppy a dude and still cold in the middle incredible!"

First visit to this place. Booked for a pre theatre meal. Friendly staff, great service, food was quick to arrive and very tasty. Not very busy although it was a Monday not weekend.

Food was lovely, restaurant was quite busy when we arrive due to the show next road. We had the linguine gamberi. Staff was overwhelmed but always kind and responsive. Will be back for sure.

They lost our booking, offered us the worst table, served food for each course and served tea in a dirty cup. We have been regularly in front of the pandemic for 15 years and have been shocked by the decline.

Ideal location opposite The Haymarket, which means brilliant lunch spot for children attending show. Good child's menu with colours etc. and spaghetti and meatballs very good. Service a bit haphazard but ok and sped up when explained on a time line.

Went to the Spaghetti House due to its proximity to the Criterion Theatre ahead of a 7.30pm show. The food was absolutely fantastic we have pizza and some starters including the fried dough balls which were exquisite. Staff were a little slow to respond but were very polite and helpful. I would go again.
