"Actually, this place has to hire friendly staff. two of them were completely inappropriate, especially one of the managers on the floor. I couldn't wait to go from the table within seconds. I mean, if they ask someone how to eat, they at least try to pretend that they hear the answer! when we ask for black pepper....we mean freshly ground pepper....not the cheap witness they leave on the table. the food took a because to come when we asked that everything (starter and net) comes at the same time. I don't know why they are punished when we go for this option, but that was a break. the food was well cooked and pleasant, but the experience was not great. and back to the useless manager, if we wish a reception after the payment with a credit card, we do not want the credit card receipt to the preprinted bill with the list of ordered items."

I think you get what you pay for...the quality if the prawns and pasta was just ok..I suppose for a chain it was ok but was disappointed in the quality of the prawns and pasta..

I must have been going to various Spaghetti outlets for almost thirty years and the food has never disappointed. This one at Westfield is very handy for the Vue pictures upstairs.

I and my friend came to lunch today and the pasta was just amazing! I accidentally left my phone on the table and when I had a mental disorder for a short time, thanks to our waiter ali, my handy already kept safe for me. many thanks for the amazing eating and the amazing service! View menu

We had a free flowing meal which was amazing! The Bubbly was great especially for a birthday celebration. We had a good laugh with the waiter who was very lovely and the manager as well. The food was fantastic. I had the beef which was cooked to perfection. The atmosphere was postive. Will dine again!

We made reservations but when arrived the restaurant wasn't busy and were seated right away. Staff, I believe manager, appeared rushed and busy. Generally speaking the food was average tasting, pizza was greasy, spaghetti meatballs didn't taste very good. Pasta with veal and green peppers was ok. Overall below expectations. Took my parents for shopping in Westfield and thought we would try this branch of the Spaghetti House. We were greeted by a very friendly front of house member of staff, and were shown to a nice quiet table for four. The food was as expected and no complaints there, all the staff was attentive and friendly. Everything was decent enough for an evening meal. View menu

four of us came here after the cinema. it was pretty busy, but we had one standing that was comfortable and not loud. our waitress was the first day on the job, but please. I had a beautiful mushroom risotto, one of the best I had, all enjoyed their meal. there was a mistake with the bill, to our gunst, which they corrected, but then a limoncello gave us so well treated. I would go back.

In the old days when Spaghetti House first launched, it was a revolution due to its quality of tasty food (with decent portion sizes) and attentive service.
