There's one person at the restaurant reception called Alexander H. who ruins experience for the guests by being unfriendly and impolite at the border of being rude. I wonder, if the restaurant needs employees like this."

The light in the room was too light. Price was fair but for that price level a greeting from the kitchen would be expected. Not romantic because of the lights. Wine list mediocre. Food good.

The spa area is an imposition where you can find anything but relaxation. It is extremely loud and is more reminiscent of a children's fun pool than a quiet zone. There are clearly too few loungers for the many guests.

New and super nice hotel with great service and upscale amenities. The alpine furnishing style with lots of wood and fine materials invites you to feel good. From now on it will definitely be our hotel of choice when we come through Andermatt.

the employees seemed dead and listless. eating was really well cooked. we were served with the pasta with a poury grated cheese. an absolute nogo. this does not really trust in the kitchen at spun. we would have expected a corresponding reaction of personal or management. but there was only one lukewarm doing. so we cannot recommend the spun restaurant.

This doesn't really build confidence in the cuisine at Spun. We would have expected a corresponding reaction from the staff or management. But it came only a lukewarm sorry. So we can not recommend the Spun Restaurant.
