"This bistro style restaurant was recommended to us at the hotel we were staying in. It's a very modern setting, most unusual for this area of Switzerland, not a cuckoo clock in sight and all open plan, so you can watch your food being cooked. The style of the menu is very Mediterranean, it's a fondue free zone, but there's something for everyone, from your average carnivore to your lettuce chomping veggie. A good choice of wines and grappa. I had an excellent steak, tender and perfectly cooked, hubby's side salad of tomatoes with mint and lemon, was a revelation and we've been trying to reproduce it ever since. I'd definitely recommend it for anyone fed up of cheese fondue."

For a family dinner. The restaurant offers a variety of different food, from falafel to Italian pasta, to meat. It could seem weird but everything was well prepared and tasty. Service kind and prompt. Ambiance relaxed and welcoming.

Die Speisekarte ist aufgrund der Corona-Vorgaben nicht sehr umfassend. Trotzdem findet sich eine gute Auswahl für jeden Geschmack. Die Qualität stimmt, der Service ist freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Ambiente etwas nüchtern, aber nicht unangenehm. Ein Besuch lohnt sich.

Das modern gestaltete Toutoune ist umgeben von klassischen Restaurants, jedoch nicht weniger gemuetlich als die Konkurrenz. Man kann den Koechen zusehen. Wir erlauben uns ein direktes Gespraech, was auf fruchtbaren Boden trifft. Der sogenannte Gruss aus der Kueche, selbstgemachte Ravioli, munden bestens. Angetan hat es uns auch der orientalische Salat, den wir pikant wuenschten und der es auch in sich hatte. Das Miesmuschelgericht oder das Fischgericht: beides ausgezeichnet.Das Gebotene erachten wir als preiswert. Fazit: empfehlenswert.
