"I thought I had made a reservation for afternoon tea, but upon arriving at the restaurant, the manager informed me that I had made a mistake and tried to blame the website for the error. After some arguing, we were finally served what we had originally booked. The service was good once we were seated, and the atmosphere was pleasant. However, I wish the staff had informed us in advance that we could take home any leftovers. Overall, the experience did not meet our expectations."

We had purchased a voucher for a set menu for £60 from the Titanic Hotel's website. The choices were really good, the food was excellent and the so was the service. Its a beautiful hotel and well worth a visit.

Went for my friends 21. Birthday, we were really happy with the food, service and surprise at the end for his birthday! We would definitely recommend this place for family / friends, and we will definitely come back for food soon. 10/10

The staff at the restaurant were friendly, however, we had to wait one hour and thirty minutes for our food. The dishes were enjoyable, but the pasta was too soft for my liking. The chocolate dessert was delicious, very rich, and we were happy we shared it.

So disappointed with afternoon tea, too many scones and not enough cakes, tea was served but no one came to see if we needed a top up, service was awful had to distract a waiter to ask for bill after waiting to try and find someone. Sorry but probably the least value for money afternoon tea I’ve ever had and it was meant to be my birthday treat with my sisters
