"I've been back in the ice thief tiziano in the mtz last night to bridge a waiting time. we ordered a walnut ice cream, and I ordered a milkshake banane in addition. However, as has been described several times, it was very full and hectic there, we were served in time. the ice was ok, but the milkshake tasted like foamed with slightly acidified milk. I also complained because he tasted sour, somehow also chemically and not at all after banane. as answer I got that the same milk was used for everyone, and no other customer complained. an exchange was not considered. I tried another time the milkshake, thought it might be up to me, but he just tasted inedible. So I let him stand, but I paid him. when another waiter came to the room and wondered that I had not been drowned, I resigned my situation that the drink was inedible. he only woke up the shoulders with regret and said he was sorry to have his first working day here today. the waiter who had served us and took us off, could no longer be seen. the ladies behind the theke reacted rather bitterly about this reaction. that was probably the last time I had an ice cream there, because customer service is a foreign word here."

had already submitted an evaluation for dieucks in the francfurter main station. in contrast, this is really great in the mtz: I like very good furnishings.Even if there are seats outside, with beautiful and sunny weather really nice, you can relax briefly before starting the second shopping round.

really tasty ice and friendly people / services, but what is really thrilled is that the prices are so high.
