Suban, for me, means family, tradition with a sprinkle of innovation; in my opinion is the more important restaurant of Trieste! A great place, an amazing food and a super staff!

Great service and ambiance, tasty food too. Quite far from the city centre, but worth the trip. Prices are definitely high, expect to pay 40-50€/person to be satisfied. It was overall a great experience. View menu
