"My husband went today this subway and i also went so many times but over there a lady who atend costmer is realy unprofesional she was just talking continuesly and took bill of another person from my card even after awaring her that he is having only subway and she even didnt said sorry realy bad atitude unprofesional way to atend costmer she was pretending that her talk is more important then costmer not even listeining ,food is gud everything is gud but her atitude is not gud very bad experiance that girl with specks the subway in front of primark in side"

Stupid staff, my husband asked them to pack double chocolate cookies. They packed the chocolate chip cookie after telling them thrice what he wanted. How can a person be so stupid.

I made an order for collection by mistake. I then rung the store and explained I messed up they said cancel the order and order again and we will refund you. For them to NOT refund you so you end up paying £32 for one sandwich! I want my refund back that you said I would get! View menu

Food is delicious, service is incredible, I have no faults with the Subway staff. The Just Eat driver however has no idea how to read a map and went in and out of a car park for a while then marked it as delivered, 20 minutes before he actually showed up at the house, scaring us that he'd just ran off with it.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered once and never got the food and when called the restaurant to enquire about where it is the guy was super rude on the phone and said the only way we would get our food is if we ordered again. Put the order through the second time and when it finally came after waiting for it ages it was made wrong. Awful place. Do not order from here if you value your time and money.

"We had made a reservation at The Wilderness a while back, but unfortunately our plans were disrupted by COVID. Finally, we were able to visit for lunch on Saturday, and it was definitely worth the wait. We chose the ten-course tasting menu along with a couple of glasses of their 'hacked' wines. As soon as we sat down, we were greeted with a complimentary glass of Prosecco and water, and our meal began. The variety of dishes was outstanding; from crispy pig cheek with apricot gel, to steak tartare, turbot, and mackerel. Standout dishes included a delicious beetroot ice-cream with a rich ajoblanco, and a fantastic mushroom and 'bread pudding' that was like a gourmet version of mushrooms on toast. The service was excellent, each course was tasty, and the wines, especially the Chardonnay 2.0 and the Vermouth, were top-notch. While the meal was on the pricier side, the quality of the food, service, ambiance, and music made it all worthwhile."

"This is my favourite place to grab lunch. It has a wide variety of salads, soups, sandwiches, jacket potatoes and some hot food. The prices are good and the food tastes amazing. The staff are really friendly and very switched on when it comes to allergy information. My diet is quite restrictive, however I have so much choice here. I can't recommend it enough!"

"Decent sushi, props to the chef. We had the sushi master selection for two people (28 pieces of assorted sushi, 2 miso soups and bottomless green tea) and some tuna sashimi at the end which came to £26 altogether which is a reasonable price for sushi from what I've seen. It's a small stall in the bullring fish market run by just the chef so it has an authentic feel and a nice atmosphere. I would recommend Otoro sushi however I suggest booking ahead as it is always busy."

"Miller Carter Mailbox is a fantastic spot for steak and cocktails if you’re in Birmingham. From the moment I arrived, the team was warm and welcoming, making the entire experience comfortable and enjoyable. I didn’t have to wait long for my food everything was served promptly and with great attention to detail. I ordered the medium ribeye steak, and it was cooked to absolute perfection, juicy, flavourful, and tender. I also had a cocktail called Strawberry Fields, with a touch of elderflower, and it was truly mind-blowing, refreshing and beautifully balanced. The table and surroundings were spotless, and the quality of the meat was very impressive. I would also like to give a special mention to Renee, who looked after my table with exceptional care and professionalism. Additionally, I had the pleasure of meeting Kiran, Ayush, and Atharva, members of the kitchen team, who were incredibly welcoming and clearly dedicated to delivering food to the highest standard. Thank you to the entire team for making my visit so enjoyable. I’ll definitely be back to try more dishes!
