One of the staff members was really patronising after asking for a drink that we paid for but didn’t get. Disappointing.

Ordered a BMT. Gluten Free Bread. I received it with all the salad and cheese etc but they didn't put any of the meat in it. That's the whole point of a BMT. View menu

Wrong salad on all subs, only sub that wasn’t supposed to be toasted was and others not, no extra cheese that was selected for 2 subs, pretty disappointing considering it’s a chain

Food was delicious and staff mostly quite friendly. However service seemed rushed and disorganised and my sub wasn't put together very neatly I had bits falling out all over the place!

Went to get food at 4pm. Door was locked but all the signs and lights was still on even though it says it closes at 5pm. Won't ever be going back. Didn't even have a sign on the door to say they were closed. View menu

The subway experience was just average. The staff appeared to be in a bad mood and seemed untrained. Additionally, the restaurant was not accepting the September vouchers that had been sent to local residents, even though it was listed as a participating location on the Subway website. As for the food, it was disappointing compared to other Subway locations; the meatballs were burnt to the container and lacked sauce.

Very poor quality. My sub when delivered to me and looked like it had been run over by tractor! Mayo was everywhere, no care was taken in my order at all. It was all just dumped on top of my bread that frankly looked like it had been half eaten! The crinkle wedges were soft and also looked like they had been sat on! Overall presentation very very poor. It has put me off ordering from this particular restaurant again!

I'm a regular customer, but my last two visits have been disappointing in terms of both the subs and the service. During my most recent visit, the sandwich maker asked for my order four times but seemed more interested in chatting with a co-worker who had only been there for two weeks. I could tell she wasn't really paying attention. I ordered pickles on my footlong sandwich and only received five slices. I had to ask for more pickles and additional jalapeños. The sandwich was cut and wrapped without much care or attention to detail. I think I’ll choose Greggs next time. View menu
