"The hot sausage rool was very meaty and herby which worked ok. The coffee however was so bad I genuinely thought it was starbucks. It is ghastly. The cafe also has an odd habit of creaking whenever anyone enters it due to it being raised...off the ground by about 6 inches or so. It might be good for tea fans but coffee afficianadaos.........avoid."

Lovely welcome and great coffee and service. Plenty of seating on hand and undercover just in case of bad weather

very limited sandwich choice....cheese and tweeble or thunfish, of which I eat, very expensive to £ 6.50 per and very few on camp. coffee was terrible.

Only a limited amount of pre made snacks. sandwiches, scones and cream, crisps and soft drinks. Hand as a stop off when out walking. Will close down when castle closes for the end of season.

Limited number of snacks but what is available is of reasonable quality. Coffee is not the best but also not the worst I have tasted. Open to all even if not visiting the castle. Good Covid precautions in place.

Small but adequate cafe with somewhat limited fare, but acceptable for a light lunch/snack. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Right next to the car park, shop and entrance which is handy for meeting up with people. (And a loo in the shop).

An okay cafe. Nothing amazing and nothing terrible. Pleasant staff, but after inviting us in they didn’t tell us that it wasn’t table service so took us a while to realise we had to go to the counter to order. A shame it was paper/plastic...cups still.

Relatively expensive for tea coffee compared to other eateries in the locality. WiFi did not work (didn’t on a previous visit)! Still worth a visit. Nice walk from Winchcombe to the castle. To visit the castle itself is something like £22 (they do however do a family ticket).

This relates to the coffee shop adjacent to the main house. There was one lady on duty. She couldn’t have been more helpful and was genuinely cheerful. Unfortunately the coffee shop ran out of food such as rolls and sandwiches at lunchtime. Coffee was good and what food we had was enjoyable

Think it’s now called The Pavillion? Located by the gift shop, opposite the car park. Decent range of cakes and light lunches. WiFi did not work even with the code provided! Cups saucers in the week, paper cups at weekends; apparently no one to wash up? Price remains the same. Nice walk from the village or when you visit the castle.
