"Das gastronomische Erlebnis im Villino war zweifellos eine Delikatesse für die Sinne. Von der eleganten Atmosphäre bis hin zur vorzüglichen Küche und dem ausgezeichneten Service bot das Restaurant eine bemerkenswerte kulinarische Erfahrung. Wir waren vor sehr langer Zeit (15 Jahren+ schon mal hier und damals schon ziemlich begeistert von unserem Besuch. Doch der jetzige Aufenthalt im Hotel verbunden mit Restaurant Besuch hat unsere Erwartungen durchaus übertroffen. Zum Hotel: Dieses charmante, kleine Hotel vereint eine idyllische Lage mit einer herzlichen Atmosphäre und exzellentem Service. Die sorgfältig ausgewählten Details, von der eleganten Einrichtung bis hin zu den Blumenarrangements, trugen zur Entspannung und Erholung bei. Das herausragendste Merkmal des Hotels war zweifellos das außergewöhnlich freundliche Serviceteam. Jedes Mitglied des Teams strahlte eine aufrichtige Wärme und Gastfreundschaft aus, die unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich machte. Sie waren stets aufmerksam und hilfsbereit, und ihre herzliche Art machte uns das Gefühl, Teil einer großen Familie zu sein (klingt kitschig, ist aber so . Ah und dann war noch das Frühstück!! Herrlich! Kein Buffet, aber es gab alles was Herz und Magen begehren und ja, auch hier war der Service einfach perfekt! Schade war es nur, dass wir auf der Durchreise waren und nur eine Nacht geblieben sind! Aber wir werden wieder kommen."

"I went there twice as they are connected to my fav. restaurant in Friedrichshafen. The same menu almost.... 1. Visit: Food was good, but waitress seemed worried that people had set themselves. She forgot things like the ketchup for my children's fries, the beverage and food order was wrong. When she was asked to fix it, she also seemed disturbed. The kids had cold food when they brought the ketchup. Okay, I thought everyone could have a free day or maybe we just had bad luck with this one person. After a long corona lock, the restaurants opened and I wanted to get my kids out. 2. Visit: This time there were 5 of us. 4 of us ordered the same with a slight variation on all 4 orders. The waitress not happy, hardly said 2 words to us take the order. When I go to the bathroom right after her, I hear the kitchen staff who is in an open conversation about our order. One of the cooks had a complete fit because we asked to replace the pig on a meat plate with beef. Something we should eat at home. It is amazing for me that a region that lives as much as it is from tourism has not mastered the art of service. Especially after the pandemic closures, you would think that they learned an appreciation of their customers. Management falls short on the teaching staff that if people actually eat home, they would not have a job. Service and customer upgrade worked very well in Lukullum another of their restaurants, why not here?"

"Spontaneous visit on Thursday afternoon. We were seated at a high table even though some tables were still free. Shortly after, a group stood up and the lower area was empty. We wanted to move us, the waiter had to look at the reservation book and gave us the smallest table at the corner of a stone wall facade. Food seemed pre cooked, it also came very quickly I think everything is prepared beforehand everything on the menu is probably freshly cooked and takes time. Small portions overpriced. Pasta with too much oil for me, and Kaiserschmarren small portion and a bowl of applesauce 90 cents about 1.5 tablespoons in size. When I asked when paying if you were so full, he said next time he would come with a reservation. I said the shop was half empty, he said the first dinner tables opened at 5 p.m. and I shook my head, it was 3 p.m. Tables stand empty for 2 hours and customers are supposed to be squeezed into a high chair in a corner. It's a pity, we took Williamsbirne and Brombeergeist as a substitute. An appetizer did not want my wife this time; as the main course she took the onion roast with homemade latency and supplement salad (EUR 16,80). I ordered as an appetizer pastet with wild ragout, orange slices and sour cherries (EUR 6.80 and as main dish 1/2 wild bottom lake with filled must apple and potato crustles (EUR 16.30). I was very done by both courts; they fully fulfilled my expectations, and I would rather have seen it at the main dish if monasteries were placed on my plate instead of the potato crustles. It would certainly not have been a problem; I had simply forgotten to ask. "We kwamen tijdens deze vakantie meermaals, voor zowel een drankje als voor lunch en dinner.Reserveren kan je enkel binnen, en dat deden we ook voor een dinner bij een mogelijks omweer avond, het personeel is super vriendelijk, bij aankomst mochten we zelfs, doordar er een tafel vrij was 5 personen + hond buiten zitten.... als je op dergelijke drukke en populaire plaatsen komt moet je je echt in de vakantie sfeer plaatsen en wat geduld hebben, een glimlach en goede sfeer brengen de bediening in dezelfde sfeer.Enkele minuten voor het uitbreken van de "storm" werden de gasten welke eten hadden besteld gevraagd om een plaats binnen in te nemen..... een chaos , maat de de professionaliteit van de uitbaters kwam alles netjes op zijn plooi... het zware omweer brak uit..... een half uurtje later hadden we ons eten en keerde de rust bij de gasten terug.... we aten heerlijk.... alsof er niets was gebeurt.Dank u voor de fijne avond en de ontdekking van een andere lokale lekkernij"
