"I hosted an afternoon tea for my friend's 21st birthday at this restaurant, and my experience was disappointing. The directions to the restaurant were unclear upon arrival. We waited approximately 7 minutes at the restaurant desk to be attended to, as the only waitress was on the phone. After being seated, we were given the afternoon tea menu to review. Our package included afternoon tea for two with a signature cocktail each, but we were informed that it was actually a glass of Prosecco instead. When I mentioned this discrepancy, I was rudely corrected and told that it was Prosecco, despite having it in writing that it was a cocktail. The scones and cakes served during afternoon tea were delicious, but the sandwiches felt more like a simple packed lunch rather than the traditional finger sandwiches expected at an afternoon tea. The atmosphere was quiet and enjoyable, but the main issue was the lack of quality in customer service."

Had the most amazing stay on the sunborn yacht. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had afternoon tea which was fantastic and then had breakfast the next morning which had a great choice and was also very tasty.

The restaurant has a lovely ambiance with beautiful decor and excellent service from both the reception and waiting staff. The atmosphere is cozy and comfortable. The food and drinks were delicious. I will definitely be coming back!

I highly recommend this restaurant. The ambiance on the yacht was amazing and the quality of the afternoon tea was excellent, although we found it to be a little too much for our liking. The staff were very nice and friendly. Thank you.

Booked for 3 people, pleasantly welcomed, the food was very inspiring! If we had been better and cheaper elsewhere when we had eaten the table, we were unclear until we were gone, we were not offered any more sandwiches or cakes that happen elsewhere. Very expensive for what we were served

Easy to find. Elizabeth line to the customs house and 3 minutes walk to the Yatch. Wheelchair accessible. Average welcome. Strange as priority went to those who stay overnight. Had tea. The prices on the website were different at prices on the menu. Managers on site looked frustrated when we broke it up. The reception is great and beautiful, but our experience was only averaged.
