"I hobbled in here on the arm of the wife after busting my ankle in a football game the night before. The waiter very considerately suggested a table near the front of the restaurant, thereby saving me more anguish. I forget the name of the pizza I ordered, but it had Parma ham, Parmesan, rocket, tomatoes and pesto on it. Suffice to say it was easily the best pizza I've eaten in Marseille (and Marseille sells a lot of pizza). The reason it's not getting 5* is the price. €40 for 2 pizzas and 4 drinks is just over the top, but saying that, the French are still charging €12+ for a decent pizza everywhere. Take a leaf out of Franco manca's, the icc, and la porchetta's books (all fine London pizzerias) everyone knows pizza costs blow all to make, so charge an honest price for honest food. Rant over. Great pizza here go!"

We fell by chance on this restaurant, a few steps from the palace longchamp. The very nice waitress, and the pizzas on fire... what pizzas! We'll be back. I recommend.

A pure pleasure. A warm staff with whom we would like to stay all night after closing! Original pizza, with almost everyone a little more of the chef. Kitchen with wood fire, a paste as you like them. In a very nice neighborhood. What more? View menu

A really nice family restaurant. Service was friendly and efficient. The pizzas were a great size and nicely topped. The other half had shoulder of lamb which was perfectly cooked. Decent pichet of wine and all in all, great value. Would have given 5/5 but for the fact that the pizza crusts were partly burnt on the edges. If you don't eat your crusts then it's not a problem.......

We stumbled across this restaurant after visiting the nearby Palais Longchamps, and very fortunate we were. I had a pizza with anchovies and other things, it was simple but excellent. My wife had shank (I think) of lamb with mashed potato and veg, which she raved about. We followed this with a selection of mini-desserts and coffee and also had a few glasses of wine. This came to 50 euro, which I think was reasonable for the quality, if it were served in posher surrounding that would have been considered very good. All this was enhanced by the extremely helpful waiter, who spoke excellent English with a lovely French-with-a-hint-of Australian accent. He was proud of the fact that the restaura...
