"I ALWAYS order from here. I've tried most others in the area and these guys are good and consistent. My only issue was last night, the delivery was around 90 mins. After spending £30 I'd expect a couple popadoms thrown in after being such a loyal customer. Also, I always order spicy as I love hot food, but the food didn't have any kick. The flavour was still lovely, just not to my taste. The delivery driver is always super nice and the staff are too. I'd definately recommend them."

The food at our favorite Indian takeout was fantastic as usual. It was a bit disappointing that there were no complimentary poppadoms this time, but I suppose I can't complain.

Nice venue. Difficult to judge the ambience as we went on a Sunday evening and were the only diners. Food was good quality though and while service wasn't brilliant, for the price would definitely recommend.

Had a fantastic night at the swadesh! The food was great and big portions as well. We where well full after the main course so no chance of fitting a desert in! With the 50% off all food this deal was great value for money.

Swadesh never fails to deliver and last night was no exception. The new menu was well received. We tried the stuffed green peppers to start as a refreshing veggie option. The chef special chicken was delicious. Swadesh definitely stands out from all the other Indian restaurants on Lordship Lane. We will be back soon.

We had dinner on Weds 3rd August at Swadesh in Lordship Lane London as a wedding anniversary occasion with our two teenage children, who love Indian food. The dinner was delicious and I would thoroughly recommend the food. However, the atmosphere and appearance of the restaurant was inauspicious a dull exterior, rather 'caf ' than 'cafe ' interior and we were the only customers. We would go again but think it was the wrong choice probably for a summer mid week evening!
