I couldn't make calls to follow orders. when it finally arrived, it was wrong, ordered bananen drown, great when they order an allergy, lemon ice radiation and reused orange mud from inaccessible taste, ordered a pot with heavenly and lemon sorbet and got a chip of lemon sorty. to say I was disappointed, is an understatement! currently isolating, so can not be delicious. incapable, contact with shop."

"My mate Steve and I dined here for posterity last night- I had my first curry from here over 40 years ago. There used to be a huge fish tank at the entrance but this sadly is a thing of the past. Huge menu with lots of curries I’ve never heard of, but I went for the RC21-named by the owner after his son years ago apparently, and absolutely delicious. No draught beer due to wastage concerns during the pandemic, but bottled chilled Cobra went down well. The one down side which moved it from 5 to 4 stars sadly was that I ordered a vegetable paratha, having become hooked on these in Blackpool, but sadly a plain one arrived. The waiter hadn’t checked the food was satisfactory, so I got up and requested a vegetable one. One quickly arrived, but was quite disappointing as I think it contained a solitary pea. Hey ho. Excellent otherwise and not worthy of the dismal impression the takeaway side of the restaurant seems to generate. Go there for what promise to be some fascinating flavours. Ding dong. "

"bookable for 3, which a child, turned to find over 20 people outside waiting for entry. from others waiting in wait, a mistake was found in the booking system so that all table bookings were accepted, but they did not honor any of them. it had come first, served first. over 20 minutes asked, and the feedback from customers who go, it was 2 hours to eat dinner dinner, since service was slow. even if we have made it inside, that a handwritten statement on the wall said that the card machine was broken, so that only cash would be accepted. was there with a child and had booked before the concert later in the evening. decided after 45 minutes waiting time that we had to go to another place to make sure we had a dinner before the concert. at no time has anyone from the restaurant talked to the people in the waiting queue while we were there. a great experience. will not be able to reserve table again if this is how they treat people."

"I always noticed the wonderful smell coming from this place when I walked by, so I finally decided to try it out over the weekend. The man behind the counter was very friendly and helpful, explaining the spiciness levels of the curries and offering to adjust them to our preferences. The food we ordered was delicious, the quality was great for the price, and we didn't have to wait too long for it. I would definitely order from here again. Another great thing is that the menu offers the option to make any dish vegetarian or vegan, which is a big bonus for those who require it."

"We wanted to get some North Indian food on our Scotland trip after a long day, and luckily, Sam's was open until later. As vegetarians, we were told that it was mainly a non vegetarian place but we could get a few veggie options. We opted out of getting any fried starters as we were told that they were fried in the same oil along with meat. We went straight for the mains: Butter Tandoori Roti, Butter Chapati, Kadai Mix Vegetable, Saag Paneer and Dal Tadka with a side salad of onion/lemon/chilies. The food was really well made and we enjoyed it and would recommend. However, the only thing that could be better was the service we did not feel welcome. We did not receive a smile or any greetings throughout the experience. The staff was polite but curt and lacked the warmth and hospitality that one would appreciate when dining in. Not a single waiter from the many once came by to ask how we were doing and whether we needed anything or to even inform us that the kitchen was closing and we should place any last orders we may have. However, I think this may just be towards certain groups of people because I saw them smile at and check in on local looking folks. Vegetarian options: There are plenty of vegetarian options"

"Amazing service received by my family on Saturday night. My aunt was over from USA so we decided to take her out for her 1st Indian meal. Mehek didn't disappoint, we were all blown away with the food and the attentiveness of the staff. The manager and his team were super efficient, the service was indeed 1st class as was the food. "In general, I have had better experience at this place. So this might be down to Vivid that the restaurant failed me know his time. But Vivid or not, if you are serving customers then you don't make them wait minutes to place their order, you don't make them remind you three times to get their drinks, you don't serve them cold lamb chops starters. Food was okay, but Open table menu was different from what we were given... almost of menu items weren't available... utterly disappointing. Final straw was when we asked to look at the dessert menu, we were told we can't get dessert because it was minutes to pm and they had to close by pm sharp, else they would get fined. So why on earth did no one come to tell us sooner that if we wanted dessert, we should place the order soon? Absolutely shambolic wedding anniversary meal"

"We visited this place back in July. Where do I even begin? The food was okay but the service was bad. The staff could not even communicate and they could not even understand a thing we asked. And we’re Indians! The food came and we ate and it was alright. When we got our bill we saw some other guests arguing with the owner about being charged extra so we decided to check our bill as well. And of course we got charged extra very very sneakily. No way it was a mistake. The items were correct and named fine but in the price section had another but written in small handwriting squeezed between the other prices. All their bills are handwritten so they do whatever they want. I assume they do this to everybody so make sure you check your bill."

"This is my go-to curry restaurant for delivery, but last night was my first dining experience there for a friend's farewell party. We had an amazing evening, with the staff being extremely patient with our large and disorganized group. They were very friendly and organized, making sure everyone received their orders. The food was delicious, each dish was perfect, and the portions were generous. It was a very enjoyable evening and I will definitely be returning to dine there again!"
