"My partner and I have been regular visitors to Swirls for the past three years when I visit him in Leamington. However we were very shocked at the service we received today. Firstly we were told the waffle machine was not working so we decided to order the banana crepe instead to which we were told there was no banana ice cream. In the end we ordered a crepe with fresh banana which had no bananas when we received it. My partner asked the young lady who made our crepe if we could have the banana added to our crepe to which she huffed at and gave us a small plate with separate chopped banana! Then we realised the crepe was completely raw, thick and inedible. In the end we just left as we felt like an inconvenience to the staff. This was a very disappointing experience as we loved visiting Swirls for their amazing desserts and fresh ice cream over the years. We will not be going back here and I would recommend Creams instead."

Wanting a little snack lunch we went into Swirls which was clean and had nicely presented snacks on offer. Hot or cold, savoury or sweet and served with a smile it was a good experience

We rocked up with 2 large families with young children. The staff were very friendly. Most of us had hot chocolates, and they were probably the best tasting hot chocolates we've had in a long time. And very reasonably priced. Would definitely visit again and recommend.

Our first ever visit on Sunday after visiting the market on the Parade. Excellent coffee and choice of cakes. Service was good and prices very reasonable. Only comment would be that the tables needed wiping down. The place was quiet so someone should have done this. However, we will be back!

Been here a few times now and it’s becoming my go to place. The food is excellent and the ice cream amazing. Real gelato. Nice and relaxed with really friendly staff who are very helpful. Highly recommended for a coffee lunch in your own or with family. My 3 year old loves it as does my wife. View menu

We started with a wonderful toasted sandwich of ham and cheese and followed it by a waffle and chocolate ice cream. This was all served very quickly in wonderful surroundings beautifully decorated with a lovely floor of individual tiles. The person who served us was very pleasant and chatty and he helped make the our short stay a very pleasurable one. The ice cream is terrific if you're in Leamington don't miss this delight.

I’m not one to leave reviews, however this cafe in the heart of Leamington Spa is utterly delightful. I visited with my two grand daughters for an afternoon treat of coffee and few ice-creams. I was pleasantly surprised by the lovely decor and the very welcoming staff. Although the staff seemed to be young, they were very professional and the service was top notch. They were excellent with my grand daughters who took a while to decide what ice-cream to have from the large selection on show. The ice-cream is not cheap, but it is definitely worth the money and I’d advise anyone to take a trip to Swirls! We will be back!
