Went on bank holiday Monday, food was absolutely stunning! But our server Rob made the experience, he was friendly and really made us laugh. 10/10!

The waitress service was ok , we went at 3pm and half of the food was unavailable The food wasn’t Great. But you get what you pay for I suppose needless to say we won’t be frequenting again.

We stayed at the premier inn with the pub across the way. Staff friendly from greeting us to table service. All food drinks were served in a reasonable time with the waitress waiter checking all was OK. View menu

As this restaurant is next to my hotel it made sense to try it. Asked for chicken and ribs,but no ribs.How about haddock and chips,no haddock.So had to settle for gammon steak.It was ok but not what I wanted.Service fine.

The service was better than previous visits, but the food quality has remained the same. Both the main courses and desserts were served cold. I have previously decided not to return to this restaurant, and now with the price increases, this visit will be my final one.

We were staying at the Premier Inn next door and attempted to order dinner for my family at 6pm. We were informed that they weren't serving food due to a large party, although there was no sign of the party and the pub was relatively empty. We had a fantastic birthday dinner for a group of 8 adults and 6 children. The service and food were outstanding. The staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and attentive, especially Paul, Anthony, and Michelle. My steak was cooked perfectly, so I asked for the chef's name - thank you, Chef Dave. We will definitely be returning soon. Keep up the great work! - The Williams family.

I had not booked to eat here so had a short wait for a table. It was no problem for me and was happy to wait at the bar and have a beer. The staff was very attentive without being in your face. The food standard was good the service was excellent. This restaurant is right next to a premier inn, and I would book to stay there without hesitation just because this restaurant is next door. The credit card machine was not working during my visit, so cash only.

My 85 year old Father was enjoying his meal with my Mum, on Tuesday 5th December, He became unwell and the fabulous staff helped him onto the floor. My parents are regulars at The Ashbridge and know the staff well. Dad was very unwell and couldn’t move for over two hours. Jane and her staff kept the area private and checked regularly to see how my parents were. When I arrived with my husband, it was clear how concerned Jane and the staff were and they had really looked after my parents. They rang for an ambulance twice but were told 8 hours! Dad started to deteriorate so I called and begged them to come. Within an hour we had the help we needed and Dad was soon on his way to hospital. He is... View menu
