"beautiful ambiente, but somewhat overwhelmed service and while eating, the price-performance ratio does not agree. a mixture of different Asian directions is served, but in some cases more European components are added, i.e. crossover, but this then suffers the taste experience as a whole. for example chili mayonnaise on sushi and too sharp tips in combination with dim sum, for a sushi roll good 20 euro are already an announcement even in comparison with “first” Japanese eating with the corresponding craft claim."

good eating, nice ambiente, unfortunately it took a very long time to eat, we had to wait for both the appetizers and main dish (sushi) more than 45 min per. overall the price for eating is too high.

Well, if that wasn't a nice evening for my birthday.Of course there.Kellner was very nice and patient when it came to it.Drinks were always fast at the table.Toilette sash though, but there is no deduction of the review because I don't know what was going on. I'm not a plumber.

reservation has worked well. chairs unpleasant tight. service underoccupied. eat tasteful and qualitatiw good. our appetizer for the necessary too expensive. €18.50 for a small tomato avocado salad. coriander was in the fish u seafood bowl, although not in the otherwise detailed menu.

the food was excellent. However, we got the drinks only after this was already served about 20 min. for an aster water and a special). we were asked if we would like a bottle of water to our drinks without being pointed out that it costs almost 8, €. pity, otherwise everything was really top.

because of the celebration, additional places were created in the restaurant. it was very crowded and tight. despite reservations we were offered a small and lower table on small space between two high tables, then one next to the door. we then sat very cramped on a column. other - from our more suitable places - the complete 2 hours of our stay were unoccupied. Pity! eating was very tasty and also the waitress friendly. We were surprised by the rather unusually loose clothing style of the restaurant manager.

"One opens the door, enters and feels in the museum: old panels on the walls, over shells, shells, mussels, mussels, silver shiny mother of pearl, models of historical ships, a gallion figure there is hardly any free place, the diversity is hardly to describe, is always fascinating and shows itself as quieter business hours. The eye proves that the dense furniture, the bassin, in which slumbering lobsters wait to be thrown into the boiling water, the grill in which a wild boar rotates, and a matching fur on which a buffet is dressed. Because it is not a museum, it is a restaurant for guests with high standards, for me the most stylish in Büsum. And it's not cheap. Of the three-digit prices on the wine card you do not have to be frightened. It's also a little cheaper. We expect to pay €100 for a nice evening. Despite the extraordinary ambience, it is not a place for snout. Jeans guests are welcome. On his lap through his room, the boss calls everyone a kind greeting. In the third generation, Chef Karl Heinz Kolle runs the restaurant, which comes from an old pub. He is a kitchen master, hunter and heger, the latter especially in honorary function for the seals that can no longer be hunted. Hunter explains the wild boar and the further autumnal offer of wild, which the boss brings together with the vegetables of the Dithmarscher home to the table. There is also the typical offer of fish and other marine animals for a port location. It is worth scrolling down the menu because beautiful local photos can be found on its edge. During our current visit we ordered a menu that seemed like a special offer for tourists with a price of €21.90 in this area. Accordingly, we were amazed that we even received a more elaborate greeting from the kitchen, a sanctuary of fats and vegetables on a bed of carrots. After a pasta cake soup with duck breast strips there was a wildragout with croquettes and two types of cabbage. Everything was top in quality, freshness and preparation, only with the croquettes remained open the question whether it was an industrial product. The red cap with vanilla ice cream and cream served as dessert was comme il faut. The service was as we wish. The young waiter seemed more like a best-in-house son: charming, inconspicuous, explaining and routine in serving. So is everything perfect? I have to say something: The lamps with the screens of fabric are so beautiful, perhaps you will find for them, despite the Brussels control lights, which all emit the same light color. Update from summer 2020: This with the lamps is ok now. This year the Kolle family opened a newly built hotel next to their old family house. 24 rooms have it and they are equipped with custom furniture. The first guests were a bridal couple, so the senior manager told me, and the charge sample was good over the bed..."

"The Steakhaus “Störtebeker” was taken over by a dedicated operator couple in autumn 2013. At the time of our visit (February 2015) the two “miss” the shop alone: The young man cared attentively and lovingly for his guests, including a handicapped lady, the young woman crumbled at the grill, which stands open at the end of the tress area, and from the time and again appetizing fragrances roam through the room. The restaurant is beautifully designed in red tones and reminds me of a French diocese café with its large glass doors open to the street. Returning to the North Sea coast is a few maritime accessories. This includes a diving helmet hanging from the ceiling, which awakened my thoughts, and the head of the pirate giving the name can still be in it. We ordered the 300g Entrecôte for which meat from German origin should be used. For other steak specialities, as we were told, we also use meat from Argentina. What came to the table was absolute tip: right good meat quality, medium, such as medium must be, and a great extensive supplement of undamaged rosemary spices and pan vegetables. The wine card appeared to us a little thin, but the offer is so skillful that something fitting should actually be there for everyone. Although we avoid Cuvées otherwise, we chose the Belleruche of the Côtes du Rhône, and we did not regret that. Served, gifted and gifted was professional. The Hohenzollernstraße, on which the restaurant is located, is the best Büsumer area. What can be expected there is a high price level. That's what it is. However, the supplements do not have to be ordered and paid extra, but there are complete dish dishes and therefore transparent prices. We felt comfortable in the place and were served well and reell. Finally, the modernly equipped and clean washrooms also contributed to the well-being factor. There is a disabled toilet, the place is suitable for wheelchair users. Update of 18 March 2015: The Belleruche is no longer available. For the Entrecôte there are now standard potato columns from the friteuse, which did not convince me so much."
