very good beef but so slow service 40minutes for one easy beef and 18minutes for one catalana cream no possibility for have one good garnish for the beef no vegetables assortments

Friendly service, a good variety of dishes and reasonable prices make this a restaurant worth a visit. For a couple I'd recommend a share platter and one or two extra dishes per person.

I live in Garmisch and visited here with friends for the first time this past week. This is my new favorite restaurant in town. The food was delicious, the service friendly and efficient, but the decor was what really made an impression on me. Simply a beautiful, interesting yet unpretentious setting to dine in. View menu

My friend and I popped in on a Sunday evening when many other restaurants were closed and enjoyed a warm welcome. We loved the decor and menu selection. The staff were really helpful and allowed us to linger over a glass of wine while they tidied up at the end of the evening. Vivieana and Lena helped to make our visit special.

We were overwhelmed how wonderful this restaurant was! The food was amazing and everything we could hope for. We were in Spain a month ago and it seemed like we back there! Alex, our server, was exceptional. Polite, quick, and had a great sense of humor. A modern interior was perfect for such a classic meal. Cannot wait to bring our friends in!

Easily one of the best restaurants in Garmisch! The food is wonderful, the wine list and drink menu is fun and the ambiance is lovely! The owner showed us a book of the renovation to turn the space from a printing press to the excellent dining space it is now. So special! We will be back and while it seems as if Tapas Bar Restaurant Alte Druckerei is lesser known now, I anticipate it to be quite busy every night so I'll be sure to get a reservation! View menu
