Vale, arreglado, por fin entiende la pregunta y me aclara las diferencias. Ahora quiero una cerveza con el menú. No nosotros no tenemos cerveza pero a ver, si en la web lo pone, Lo que ponga en la web y lo que despachemos nosotros, no tiene que ver . ¿De verdad? ¿Esta señorita sabe lo que está vendiendo? Cancelo el pedido y lo rehago A LA MISMA TIENDA, por internet. A la media hora tenia lo pedido, incluido la cerveza. INAUDITO Para la atención que he recibido por teléfono, mejor que esta tienda deje de atender por teléfono y lo hagan todo por internet, la máquina hace mejor su trabajo. Nota. Soy cliente desde hace años de esta tienda y nunca me habían puesto una pega tan boba para no traer una cerveza que después han traído sin problema. Con personas que atienden con este desconocimiento, solo cabe pensar en cambiar de tienda, donde sepan que es lo que venden y que lo que no."
