Tgi Fridays - Menu

we did not have booking but the staff accommodated us. The service was great… friendly staff… the food was very good. Would definitely come here again with family.

Darren was a great server, he was really helpful and was always ready to refill out drinks when we needed them! Food and drink was also good and had a great time! :

I wanted to say thank you to marj the waitress she was such a lovely lady with a welcoming smile. Nothing was too much trouble and she even persisted with a broken coffee machine to make me one. She made the whole experience an inviting one, would definitely return . She is an asset to any staff team and should be commended thank you

Not been to tai for some time and won't be going back. Ordered chicken pasta which was nearly £20.00 Came dry and had to send it back for some cream sauce. Had around 5 small bits of chicken and the rest made up of pasta. If this cost more than £3,00 to make I would be surprised. Poor food no flavour and so overpriced its unreal. Some of the others in the group had the ribs and were equally disappointed. I total a complete rip off

Went to TGI’s today to celebrate Father’s Day with my family, NEVER AGAIN! Rudest staff I’ve ever come across, 1 hour 10 Mins no food no communication and met with attitude when asking simple questions (muttering under breath and sarcastic smiles) to follow up where everything was, had to go to the bar collect our own drinks, my 7 year old crying over the staff and confrontation and begged for her grandad to take her outside, we left to go to Nandos where we had a lovely hot meal and was out within the hour with a service with a smile. And because we walked out without eating they said we are now BARRED! View menu

Unfortunately we had an awful meal, which was such a shame as we were celebrating 2 family birthdays. the drinks took over 20 mins to come, my potato skins were burnt to crisps and the cajun pasta was very bland! the ribs my husband had were tiny (for £25) and the corn on the cob was watery clearly cooked from frozen! No one in our group was happy with their meals which are very overpriced! after ordering more drinks we ended up going to the bar to ask for them as they hadn't been ordered and then went up to collect them. the restaurant was very under staffed we wont be returning! also the reviews on here don't look real!

The place was awful wanted a table for 8 in an empty restaurant took her 5 minutes to come up with the idea to put a couple of tables together. Seems like she either didn't want our money or just couldn't be bothered to be there. Drinks took about 20 minutes to arrive. Food was OK nothing special small portions missing items. No check back was done just genuinely poor customer service considering it wasn't busy at all. Prices ridiculous for what you are serving up. Embarrassing to be honest the waitress we had was lovely and totally wasn't her fault. Carry on with that service I can't imagine the company being there much longer. Menus filthy no cutlery on tables had to ask.

As a group of 4, we left TGI Friday in Staines feeling very disappointed. We had a £180 bill for food, 1 refillable diet coke, 1 coke, and 4 x 2 cocktails for £16. There was absolutely no atmosphere in the restaurant. We ordered 4 meals, and one of our group had opted for a sharing starter as her main. This arrived first, and we had to find a waitress to remind that we had only ordered 4 food items that should all come together, also to remind of the cola that had not arrived.
