"I’ve never had a bad experience at this restaurant. The food and service are consistently excellent, and the decor creates a wonderful atmosphere. The menu offers a great variety of options, including some vegan and vegetarian dishes, which I think is quite progressive for a primarily steak and meat restaurant. I’ve been coming here for several years—my last visit was in September 2020, and I was served by Brandon, who was very attentive, helpful, and cheerful. The service is nearly perfect, especially for a large chain. Well done!"

I meet friends in this nice place from time to time! This is my favorite spot to pass a nice evening. I go to this spot frequently. The food is great, the staff members are polite and the rates are good. I enjoy going in this place for a decent meal.

Huge portions! The size of a starter can be a main for a lady.. the lunch deal is a bargain! £15.95 for 2 course meal! Really tasty chicken wings, very crispy but not too dry. The full rack pork ribs is also tender and juicy! Recommend! The steak is slightly overcooked though, and it's a bit tough.

I had a fantastic visit to TGI Fridays at Metford Centre. We had made a reservation for 12:30, but arrived at 12 and were seated right away, which turned out to be a smart choice since it got very busy shortly after! The food was delicious; there was a small mix-up with our order, but it was quickly resolved. Our server, Mel, was friendly and attentive. I highly recommend trying the sesame chicken – it’s amazing!
