The Beau Bar Restaurant Piccadilly

Nice staff. Big glass door! Every time it opened, the cold came and interrupted us.

Completely empty restaurant so very little atmosphere. Food was ok but Rosemary chips were frozen

Staff are inconsistent. Service is slow/poor. Venue is nice and had a nice outside area considering location but service is not “quick”

This restaurant is part of the Cubitt House group, which is why we chose it. However it is as good as their other establishments. I won't be returning and wouldn't recommend this restaurant.

Possibly one of the worse meals we have ever had, wine was a £4 bottle for £65, food was cold and almost inedible. Serving staff where good and efficient, the only high point on an otherwise dismissal meal

The food was delicious Stilton croquettes an absolute stand out. Service was a little slow but it seemed they might have been down staff. Vibe was lovely and the hidden location means you don’t get slammed with tourist traffic. Would recommend!

we came to find our table for six, were not furnished or reserved (because it doesn't rain any outside after the manager). the manager had to be contacted to deal with the problem and was very fluent, although we had preordered some days before. the main problem seemed that there were no foresight and personal problems. the drinks arrived slowly, but after that the service and the food we had ordered improved was delicious. it seemed just a waitress and the manager who commanded for a busy restaurant.

We arrived to find our pre-theatre table for six had not been set up or reserved (because it 's raining so no outside tables according to the manager). The manager had to be contacted to deal with the problem and was very flustered although we had pre-booked some days previously. The main problem seemed to be lack of foresight and staffing issues. The drinks arrived slowly but after that the service improved and the food we had ordered was delicious. There appeared to be only one waitress and the manager taking orders for a busy restaurant.

Unfortunately Beau Bar was a terrible choice for pre-theater dinner. We arrived early at 5.30 (table booked for 5.45) only be shown a table less than a meter from an area that was hosting a party for 20+ people. The staff were very accommodating and moved us to a quieter table upstairs. However it then took 1.25 mins for our food to arrive (simple 2x chicken and chips and 1x burger and chips). The staff were great and tried to help but they were understaffed and the kitchen just couldn't deliver food for the rest of the restaurant and the party at the same time. In the end the comp'ed the whole lot and we just about made the start of the theater performance.
