Excellent food and service for Sunday lunch. Even better with tastecard.

The staff at the brasserie couldn't do enough to help us. The food was excellent. Because our first choice wine wasn't available we were given a free taster glass of an alternative.

Had a lovely lunch with a friend for her birthday and finished off with cocktails in the Skybar. It was a beautiful day and would have been nice if you could eat outside or have drinks/coffee outside

I was not impressed with the skybar. Our drinks were spilled and there was no offer for a replacement, and the staff seemed disinterested. Twice, they didn't have the gin options we wanted and there were no swizzle sticks. However, the brasserie was a completely different and enjoyable experience. View menu

Whilst the food, service was of a top quality in the Brasserie. I was a little disappointed with the Sky Bar. I expected to sit at a table have a quiet drink and have a view over the airfield. The windows have a covering on them which prevents you seeing out unless you stand up. Overall though I would thoroughly recommend the Aviator for a special occasion venue.

Even though we had mistakenly booked online, the manager made sure to find us a table when we arrived at the restaurant. The staff were very professional and ensured we had everything we needed for a great evening. The specialities on the menu from the head chef seemed a bit intimidating at first, since we don't usually dine at upscale restaurants, but everything we ordered turned out to be fantastic. The prices were higher than what we're used to, but for a meal that was guaranteed to be excellent, it was worth it to splurge a little more than usual.

The Aviator Brasserie is an elegant and stylish restaurant with fabulous food and attentive service. A five star dining experience for a high end provincial price. I don't mind paying a bit more when the quality is provided. The meat was of excellent quality and cooked to perfection. Dressings and vegetables were really tasty and beautifully presented. My special requests made at the time of booking were met in full and the chef made absolutely sure that the meal met my diary requirements. Everything was spotless and all the staff concierge, hostess, waiters and bar tenders were charming and professional. Behind the scenes, the cooks were provided gorgeous cuisine. Well worth a visit.
