"This is a great place if you are hungry when near to the University hospital. I had not eaten since a light breakfast, and was ready for a tasty meal! I ordered the Char Siu pork and crispy duck with fried rice and Choi vegetables, for £10.20. It arrived within two minutes! A huge dish. The quality was good, and the proportions enormous. The duck was very crispy and tasty, the meat tender, succulent and delicate flavoured. The duck skin was very crispy, and as good as any I have had in top Hong Kong restaurants. The fried rice was also very good, and the blanched Chinese cabbage leaves were perfectly served i.e. just a little crunchy. The Char Siu was very lean, but rather dry and not as tasty as I have had before. But the overall quality of the food was very good, and excellent value. Staff were very friendly and helpful. If you come here to eat inside (as opposed to take away), then look out for the condiments table, where there is extra soy sauce, a sweet chilli sauce, and a very good chilli oil sauce in a stainless steel pitcher. If you like spicy food, then this is a must have! You need to stir the contents of the pitcher as the chilli part settles and then spoon (cautiously) on to you bowl. The impact is as good as being at a genuine Dia Pai Dong in Hong Kong!"

Campus Noodle Bar in Liverpool is a hidden gem! Their food is simply outstanding. The noodles were perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor, and their dumplings were to die for.
