"I visited this restaurant with friends for the first time in a couple of years on a Wednesday evening. The staff were friendly and the newly refurbished soft furnishings blended in nicely. We took advantage of the 3 courses for £10 offer, which we found to be incredibly good value. The portions were generous and the quality of the food was impressive. It's hard to believe they can maintain this offer at such a low price! The only issue we had was with the background music, which we found to be intrusive and tinny, not matching the cozy atmosphere of the old inn."

Been to Cavendish Arms several times and food always very good. Pleasant surroundings. Friendly welcome. Prices again reasonable . Will be going again and happy to recommend

Just a nice country pub serving fairly decent food. It's not the absolute best but is good for a casual Sunday lunch. The service is very good though they are attentive but not intrusive and the place has a nice, casual feel. Overall, a nice experience in a nice country pub. View menu

Wish the Cavendish with the family. The weather outside was cold and snowy, but inside we received a warm welcome! My wife and I had visited the restaurant last Saturday and enjoyed our meal so this time we had a table for 6! Food quality and service were very good. The drinks were also of high quality.

Had a lovely meal with the family. There was 7 of us altogether (including a 4 year old) and everyone of us enjoyed our meal. I had the stuffed chicken which tasted as good as it looked. The place was relaxed, the staff friendly, service excellent and the price was reasonable. I hope to go back very soon. View menu

I took my family to Cavendish for dinner. Despite the cold and snowy weather outside, we were greeted warmly inside. My wife and I had dined at the restaurant the previous Saturday and loved our meal so much that we decided to bring the whole family this time. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the drinks were also top-notch.

visited for the first time in a few years on Wednesday evening with friends. personal friendly and renovated soft furnished in good. we had the 3 courses for £10, that was ridiculously worth it. no reduction of the portion sizes or quality that was very pleasant. cannot see how they can continue with him for this price! only the problem was the background musack we found intrusiw and tiny and not in tune with the ambiente of an old gas house at all.
