"A very good pub for Sunday roast. Probably the best staff experience I've had in a long time. Incredibly friendly, attentive, respectful. Couldn't praise the team more. The roast was hit miss. The veg is really where this roast shines. The cauliflower cheese is some of the best we've ever had, and the buttered cabbage and carrots were divine. I felt my beef was rather tough dry, but it was made up for with a large Yorkshire lashings of gravy. The sticky toffee pudding was certainly not a disappointment, while the hazelnut pudding ice cream was ok. Reasonably priced menu, good wine selection, good staff. Would recommend, if a bit out the way."

I absolutely adore this pub. It's dog-friendly and has a very personal touch. The food is amazing, and we are slowly trying everything on the menu. We can't wait for our weekly lunch here.

We had a wonderful time at a birthday party, enjoying the quiet space in the side room that allowed guests to have conversations without screaming. I have dined here several times and my favorite dishes are the camembert and baked mussels on Tuesdays. The pub has a great local atmosphere that I love. View menu

We went to this restaurant for Christmas dinner with a group of 12 and it was absolutely fantastic! The food was delicious, the service was perfect, and the ambiance was amazing. We enjoyed it so much that we are planning to go back for New Year's dinner! A big thank you to the staff for making our Christmas day unforgettable.

One of our local favourites! Spacious, very friendly and with a great menu! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, I was worried that with my big dog we'd be crammed in a corner and disturbing people, but everyone was so lovely and friendly, giving my dog biscuits and water and a ton of cuddles. Prices as well are very reasonable. Great place all round!
